We're a boutique wedding and event décor rental studio based in Crystal Lake, Illinois. We regularly serve weddings across McHenry County, Kane County, Lake County, greater Chicagoland, and up into the Lake Geneva, Wisconsin area — typically within about a 75-mile radius. Common delivery routes include Woodstock, Barrington, Algonquin, Elgin, Geneva, St. Charles, and Walworth County, WI.
Do you deliver to Lake Geneva, WI and the Walworth County lakefront?+
Yes. Lake Geneva and the surrounding Walworth County lakefront are inside our regular delivery zone. Flat delivery + pickup is $150 within about 75 miles of Crystal Lake, IL.
What's included with each rental?+
Every piece arrives clean, styled where noted, and ready for your celebration. Delivery bookings include setup and takedown by our small team.
How far in advance should we book?+
We gently recommend reserving four to eight months out for peak wedding season (May through October). A few of our most-loved pieces book up faster, so it never hurts to reach out early.
How does delivery work?+
Delivery and pickup is a flat $150 for locations within about 75 miles of Crystal Lake, IL. If you're a little further out, we'll always send a personal delivery quote rather than turning anyone away.
Can I pick up my rental?+
Of course. Free customer pickup is available from our Crystal Lake, Illinois location by appointment.
How do I secure my reservation?+
A 50% deposit via PayPal (@fromyeswithlove) secures your pieces. Your reservation is officially confirmed once your rental agreement is signed and your deposit is received.
When is the balance due?+
The remaining 50% is due at delivery or customer pickup, unless we've noted something different on your invoice.
What if something is damaged?+
You're responsible for the repair cost of any damage beyond normal wear, and lost or unreturned items are billed at replacement value. All of the details live inside your rental agreement so nothing feels like a surprise.
Do you serve venues outside Northern Illinois?+
We're happy to consider events further out. Just reach out and we'll send you a personal delivery quote based on your distance and setup needs.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
PayPal is our primary payment method — send to @fromyeswithlove (paypal.me/fromyeswithlove). Your reservation page has a one-click Pay with PayPal button pre-filled with your balance so everything is easy.
Can I make changes to my quote?+
Absolutely. You can adjust items and dates anytime before you sign your agreement. Once your reservation is signed and your deposit is received, changes are subject to availability, though we'll always try our best.
What kinds of pieces do you rent?+
Flower walls (ivory, blush, champagne), gilded welcome and seating chart mirrors, romantic ceremony arches, backdrops, pedestal sets, easels, and boutique signage. Every piece is date-aware, so you'll only see what's actually available on your day.
