Welcome. These Terms describe the rental relationship between you and From Yes, With Love. Please read them carefully — booking with us means you agree to them.
1. Rental Agreement Scope
These Terms of Service govern your use of the From Yes, With Love. website and rental services provided by From Yes, With Love. ("we", "us", "our") based in Crystal Lake, Illinois. By requesting a quote, reserving a piece, or using this site you agree to these Terms.
2. Reservations & Availability
Submitting a quote request does not reserve items on your date. Reservations are only confirmed after we send a written quote, you sign the Rental Agreement, and a 50% deposit is received. Availability is offered on a first-signed, first-booked basis.
3. Payments
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due at delivery or customer pickup unless otherwise noted on your invoice. Payments are accepted via PayPal to @fromyeswithlove (paypal.me/fromyeswithlove). Please include your booking number in the note.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. Balances paid may be refunded at the owner's discretion depending on cancellation circumstances and lead time. Reschedules within the same calendar year are accommodated when the requested date is available.
5. Care of Rental Items
You agree to take reasonable care of all rented items. Do not modify, paint, cut, or affix adhesives to any piece without our written approval. Certain items are not suitable for outdoor use in rain, wind, snow, or unsafe conditions — please review the item notes with us in advance.
6. Damage, Loss, or Non-Return
You are financially responsible for damage beyond normal wear at the repair cost, and for the full replacement value of any lost or unreturned item. We will document any damage upon return and share photos before invoicing.
7. Delivery, Pickup & Setup
Delivery + pickup is a flat $150 within approximately 75 miles of Crystal Lake, IL. Outside 75 miles, a custom delivery quote will be provided. Complimentary customer pickup is available from our Crystal Lake location by appointment.
8. Venue Requirements
You are responsible for obtaining any required venue approvals, load-in/out access, and coordinating our delivery window with your venue. We are not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions communicated after delivery has been scheduled.
9. Photography & Portfolio Use
We may occasionally photograph our pieces at your event, or receive event photos from vendors. By booking with us, you agree that images featuring the rental pieces (without identifiable personal information) may be used in our portfolio, website, and social media unless you notify us in writing before your event date.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, From Yes, With Love. is not liable for injury or property damage arising from use of rental items after delivery or pickup. Our maximum liability under any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected rental items.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in McHenry County, Illinois.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date your Rental Agreement is signed will govern that booking.
