We collect the information you provide when you request a quote, book a rental, sign an agreement, or contact us — including your name, email, phone number, event date, venue, and payment details. We also collect anonymous browsing analytics (page views, referrers) to improve the site.

We use your information to prepare and send quotes, confirm reservations, deliver rental items, process payments, send transactional emails (like your reservation confirmation and invoice), and respond to your questions. We never sell your personal data.

When you book with us we may send you transactional emails (quote acknowledgements, reservation confirmations, agreement requests, deposit reminders). These emails are essential to servicing your booking. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
